I don’t know anything about real estate, but with Randy guiding me I felt like I was in on the whole business. He gave me detailed information on what we were doing. I understood every step process and I really like that in my real estate agent. I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants to be that informed about everything that’s going on.

[The most memorable part about working with Randy] was Randy’s little insights. When we’d walk through the house or go someplace… besides the stats I could obviously read off the same sheet he was, he pointed out out positive things and negative things you couldn’t see on the sheet. As well as the logistical things — he was giving us the battle strategy for the house.

Randy help me buy a home 5 years ago...

I'm writing this review because, I have recently purchased a second home with another realtor here in California. Don't get me wrong, the realtor I just went through was good. I felt like he was just trying to do his job, nothing more.

I remember specifically, the Aloha Spirit personality in Randy🤙🏼 I had just got stationed on the island and didn't have an excessive amount of time to look at houses. Randy and his team put together plenty of houses for me to look at in a short time. I also remember him being very aware of what I did and did not like about past houses and applied that to future showings.

Another thing. I have called him a handful of times, at least, since then with reallity related questions. He has been so kind to help me out with my concerns well afterwards.
Randy is very kind and extremely knowledgeable in his profession.

After many years of suffering and being ill, my wife passed away, leaving me in a very difficult financial situation. Our townhouse was my last remaining asset and it needed major repairs. Randy and his team are AMAZING! He was our relator when we purchased our condo, and again when we sold our condo. He made us feel like we were ohana, and that is a special feeling.

I cannot stress enough the personal attention and time that Randy gave to us. He is very knowledgeable and informative. We never felt that we had unanswered questions throughout our buying/selling process.

When we decided to sell our condo, Randy came to our home and gave us a high quality portfolio of our condo, with comps of past comparable sales. He advised us on how we should stage our home, and then he took professional grade pictures for our listing.

Randy and his team went above and beyond for us. We had to leave the island before our condo was sold, so all of our belongings were still there. When the movers came, Randy's awesome wife Darnelle supervised the packing of our home and vehicle. She did not have to do this, but offered to.

If we ever find ourselves back on Oahu in the future, we would 100% go with Randy Prothero and his team again. Randy is definitely one of the best relators in Hawaii, and you will not be disappointed if you choose to let Randy represent you.
